在英国的日子里――林逸心留学日记

Time flies, it has already passed two weeks since i'v got to UK!

I went to school for the enrollment yesterday, it took two hours on the way, first one hour by bus and I got off at a wrong bus stop which is still 4 kilometers away from school. Because I didn’t want to get on bus again and waste 2.20 pounds only for a short ride, so I just followed my phone's google map and this took another one hour until I arrived there. The school is better than I expected, I noticed that the surrounding is nigger's zone before, actually the road is really quiet and beautiful, the autumn's leaves falling on the road. Also school inside looks quite cool, even though still a bit unsatisfied with the location.

A serious problem happend with my payment of tuition, just yesterday I got to know that my credit card didn′t have enough money! And China is celebrating the national day, so all the banks closed for foreign currency business, so I couldn't finish the enrollment and the lady said i even come not attend class unless I paid the tuition! I was really worried and dad also called a lot of time about this issue, I thought we could fix it eventually.

Then I went Holbon which is my Univ's student service hall,that place is really nice, very British area in the city center, also the staff there are very friendly, I got a lot of information about flats and houses lists from there, I just called some of the landlord and arranged time to take a look of those houses tomorrow, thanks for lovely sha, she is really a helpful friend, always comfort me and help me so much, I am a lucky girl also, heihei

Last night when I got off bus and walked back home, my phone's battery ran off, and I couldn't find the way home cuz the station was different with my usual one, walking in the dark quite night alone was really a creepy experience, without any people around, after half an hour ramdomly walking, I finally found a familiar supermarket, when I got inside it a very warm feeling just aroused in me.
I feel I already get used to the British street and surrounding, now what I need is fully prepared for my new term, new life, and be more brave, less rely on fadi, that's all.
